Remember, you get:

  • 10 points if you perform the LIVE session workout of the week OR any Move Without Pain workout(s) 3x in the same week
  • 10 bonus points if you perform workout(s) 3x/week for the entire month

That’s a total of 50-60 points up for grabs depending on the month! 🙂
