How the Academy Came to Be

It all started...

…as a desire to get the word out and enable more people to access this critical information about how to move without pain and age well. I decided that I would create a 10-day challenge and present this information in a way that would change people’s lives. By the end of the challenge, I was so taken by the engagement and profound impact that the challenge had on people’s lives. I wanted to create something to provided that same engagement, energy, and access to information that was more structured, manageable and on-going.
